At Bairivo, we want your wallpaper order to arrive smoothly and on time. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we process, ship, and deliver your order.
Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed, our team gets to work right away. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) before they're handed off to the carrier for shipment. Please note that processing time is separate from transit time — we'll cover that below.
Order Cutoff Time
Timing matters when it comes to getting your order out the door quickly. Orders placed before 4:00 PM PT are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM PT will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Where We Ship
We currently ship exclusively within the United States, and all orders are fulfilled from our warehouse located in Oakland, California.
Free shipping is available for the contiguous United States (the 48 mainland states) only.
At this time, we are unable to ship to the following locations:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- U.S. territories and outlying islands
- APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
We know this isn't ideal for everyone, and we're actively working on expanding our shipping coverage in the future.
Shipping Rates
We keep our shipping pricing simple and transparent:

Estimated Delivery Time
For orders shipped within the contiguous United States, transit time is typically 5-10 business days after your order leaves our warehouse.
Your total estimated delivery time = order processing time + transit time. In most cases, that means your wallpaper will arrive within roughly 6-13 business days of placing your order.
Please keep in mind that delivery estimates are just that — estimates. Occasionally, factors outside of our control can extend delivery slightly, including national holidays, severe weather, or carrier flight delays. We appreciate your patience if this happens, and we're always here to help if your order seems to be taking longer than expected.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its journey. You can check the status of your shipment anytime at 17TRACK by entering your tracking number.
Shipping Origin
All Bairivo orders ship directly from our U.S. warehouse in Oakland, California, so you won't need to worry about international shipments, customs delays, or unexpected import fees for domestic orders.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout before completing your purchase. Bairivo is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incomplete or incorrect address entered at checkout. If you notice an error shortly after placing your order, contact us right away at service@bairivo.com and we'll do our best to update it before it ships.
