Your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn't quite right with your Bairivo order, this page walks you through exactly what qualifies for a return, how the process works, and when you can expect your refund.
Return Eligibility Window
We offer 30 calendar days from the date of delivery for free returns and exchanges, giving you plenty of time to make sure your wallpaper is the right fit for your space.
Seasonal Extension: During the winter holiday season (including Christmas), we may extend this return window to give customers extra flexibility for gift purchases. Any seasonal extension will be announced separately on our website with specific dates.
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unused and not installed or applied
- All original tags attached
- Original packaging fully intact
- No visible signs of wear, damage, cutting, or alteration
Because our wallpaper is a surface-applied product, once a roll has been cut, trimmed, or applied to a wall or surface, it can no longer be resold and is not eligible for return.
What's Eligible for Return
We accept returns for the following situations:
- Change of mind (buyer's remorse): If you've decided the pattern, color, or style isn't for you, you can return the item as long as it meets the condition requirements above.
- Defective or damaged items: If your wallpaper arrives with a manufacturing defect, print error, or shipping damage, you're covered for a full return or exchange.
Please note that Bairivo does not offer any custom or made-to-order products, so all items sold on our site fall under this same return policy — there are no separate rules for personalized or custom items.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following are not eligible for return, regardless of reason:
- Wallpaper rolls that have been cut, trimmed, or altered from their original size
- Wallpaper that has been applied, installed, or adhered to any surface
- Items missing their original packaging or tags
- Items showing signs of use, adhesive residue, or handling damage not caused by shipping
Who Pays for Return Shipping
- Defective or damaged items: Bairivo covers the full cost of return shipping. Once your return is approved, we'll provide you with instructions for a prepaid return label or reimburse your shipping cost.
- Change of mind returns (non-defective items): The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
In both cases, we do not charge any restocking fees or handling fees for processing your return.
How to Start a Return
Getting a return started is simple:
- Contact us first. Email us at service@bairivo.com or call +1 424-524-5021 within 30 calendar days of delivery. Please include your order number and a short description of the reason for return (and a photo, if the item is defective or damaged).
- Wait for confirmation. Our team will review your request and send you return instructions, including the correct return address and, if applicable, a prepaid shipping label for defective items.
- Pack and ship your item. Please make sure the item is unused, in its original packaging, with tags attached, before shipping it back to us.
- We inspect your return. Once we receive your package, we'll inspect it within 3 calendar days to confirm it meets our return conditions.
- Refund is issued. After your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
Where to Send Your Return
All returns must be shipped back to our U.S. warehouse at the address below. Please do not send returns to any other address, including our factory location, as this will delay your refund.

Refund Timing
Once your returned item passes inspection, refunds are issued within 3-5 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
